Service Description
Meet with one of our stylists to discuss your hair goals, style options, and any questions you may have. Consultations can be done virtually via Zoom or in person at the salon. For the best results, we recommend an in-person visit. The cost of your consultation will be applied toward any appointment you choose to book with us.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be accepted in Cash, Zelle CANCELLATIONS: You must cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. 1 reschedule allowed per appointment. DOUBLE CHECK: Please confirm your appointment details ahead of time. Same-day changes may not be possible. If anything feels off during your service, let us know right away. LATE ARRIVAL: After 10 minutes, a $30 late fee applies. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Without communication, it will be marked as a no-call/no-show. NO GUESTS: No extra guests or children are allowed in the salon. No chaperones. BRING FOOD: Clients are allowed to bring food and drinks to their appointment.
